Last week marked my 11-yearĀ  blogging anniversary.

Ā

Eleven full years of blogging about self defense, firearms, and personal safety topics.Ā  I started this website on March 18, 2012 and have posted 2416 total articles since then.

Ā

The average novel is somewhere around 100,000 words.Ā  In the last 11 years I’ve written a total of 2,136,688 words on the site.Ā  That’s the equivalent of 21 novels!Ā  Thinking about that truly boggles my mind.

Ā

Since its inception, the website has seen just over 31 million total page views by nearly seven million unique visitors from all over the world.Ā  In fact, I have logged visitors from every country on the planet.Ā  These numbers astound me.Ā  I’m eternally grateful for all your dedicated reading over the years.

Ā

Thanks to all of my readers for supporting my work via donations and Patreon subscriptions.Ā  If you have any suggestions for article topics or ways I can make my writing more useful to you, please contact me.

Ā

As always, you will never see any annoying pop up adds or requests for personal information on my site.Ā  If you would like to financially support my continued writing, I have a Patreon page.Ā  All Patreon subscribers get ad-free full text copies of each article emailed to them, free digital copies of any books I write, as well as occasional bonus content not posted on the site.Ā  If you don’t like Patreon, you can always buy me a beer by clicking ā€œdonateā€ in the column to the right of this post or purchase anything from Amazon.com after entering from one of my links.

Ā

The Amazon purchases don’t cost you anything extra.Ā  They just send me a commission of a couple percentage points of the selling price of each item you buy.

Ā

Thanks again to everyone who reads all the crazy material I post.Ā  I’m looking forward to continuing this project many years into the future.
