A few weeks ago the crew from CCW Safe interviewed me for their podcast on display of defensive weapons versus criminal “brandishing.”
In the interview, I describe a couple cases I worked as a cop. In one case, the defender made good decisions and was not criminally charged. The other case didn’t go as smoothly for the “defender” who pulled the gun.
